IFRS\u662f\u7531\u570b\u969b\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\u7406\u4e8b\u6703\uff08IASB\uff09\u767c\u4f48\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\uff0c\u5c31\u5168\u7403\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5e7e\u5e74\uff0c\u6578\u4ee5\u5343\u8a08\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5c07\u4ee5 IFRS \u70ba\u5176\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u5c0e\u4e4b\u4e3b\u8981\u57fa\u790e\uff1b\u6fb3\u6d32\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u6838\u51c6\u5c07 IFRS \u8996\u70ba\u6fb3\u6d32\u4e4b\u4e00\u822c\u516c\u8a8d\u6703\u8a08\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u4e4b\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\u4e5f\u9678\u7e8c\u5728\u8ddf IFRS \u63a5\u8ecc\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5e7e\u5e74\u9081\u5411 IFRS \u5c07\u662f\u5fc5\u7136\u4e0d\u53ef\u963b\u64cb\u4e4b\u8da8\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u5957\u8207IFRS\u63a5\u8ecc\u4e4b\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\uff0c\u5df2\u70ba\u52e2\u5728\u5fc5\u884c\u4e14\u70ba\u7576\u52d9\u4e4b\u6025\uff0c\u5404\u7a2e\u8de1\u8c61\u986f\u793a\uff0cIFRS\u5df2\u7136\u6210\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5148\u9032\u570b\u5bb6\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\u4e4b\u4e3b\u6d41\uff0c\u9019\u4e0d\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8cc7\u672c\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u63a8\u52d5\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u589e\u52a0\u516c\u53f8\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u8868\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u53ef\u6bd4\u8f03\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u9032\u5165\u570b\u969b\u8cc7\u672c\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u6703\u8a08\u4f5c\u70ba\u570b\u969b\u901a\u7528\u7684\u5546\u696d\u8a9e\u8a00\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u8d70\u570b\u969b\u4e00\u81f4\u4e4b\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea 2000 \u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5c31\u5bc6\u5207\u6ce8\u610f IASB \u6240\u767c\u5c55\u4e4b\u76f8\u95dc\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u4e26\u4f01\u5716\u671d\u8457 IASB
